To maintain our standard of excellence, every cohiba cigar box undergoes a strict multi-point inspection and verification process before departing our fulfillment center. Consequently, all delivery discrepancies or transit damages must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time.

For our UK clientele, if your parcel has not arrived within 7 days from the formal date of dispatch, you are required to notify Cohiba Club immediately within this 7-day window. Failure to alert us within this timeframe waives our ability to initiate a carrier investigation or claim compensation for lost, missing, or intercepted cargo, and we will not assume liability for the shipment.

Packaging Retainment Notice: Should your package arrive compromised, physically damaged, or missing items, you must retain all original external boxes and internal packing materials intact. The courier service will require full access to the original container to complete their formal investigation.

Address Accuracy & Redelivery Fees

We advise all patrons to meticulously review their delivery coordinates prior to finalizing an order. If you detect a clerical error in your shipping details, please contact our support desk immediately. We can update your routing instructions seamlessly, provided the order has not yet entered our dispatch queue.

If an inaccurate address is submitted and goes uncorrected before shipment, the parcel will either be delivered to the specified location or routed back to our facility. In either event, the buyer assumes full financial responsibility for the redelivery. A secure invoice link for the secondary postage will be generated and emailed to you; shipment will resume once this transaction clears. Cohiba Club explicitly disclaims any liability for misrouted freight caused by faulty customer data.

Domestic UK Transit Options

Please note that our logistics partners do not collect or move freight over weekends or official UK bank holidays.

• Complimentary UK Courier Shipping: We offer entirely free delivery via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked 24 on all orders valued above £40. While this premium service typically achieves a 1–2 working day turnaround post-dispatch, please note that certain remote regions and transit bottlenecks may add a day to the timeline. This is an expedited service, not a contractual next-day guarantee.
• Standard Tracked Postage (£2.60): Dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked 24 with an estimated delivery window of 1–2 business days from fulfillment.

Daily Processing Schedule

• Weekdays (Monday – Friday): Complete your order before 3:00 PM for same-day processing.
• Saturdays: Complete your order before 12:00 PM (Noon) for same-day processing.
• Note on Sunday Logistics: Royal Mail does not operate collection services from our facility on Sundays. All Tracked 24 orders finalized on Sunday will be processed for Monday morning collection.

• Guaranteed Next-Day Express (£10.95): Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteeing arrival the following day before midnight (though residential drop-offs frequently occur earlier in the day).
  • To satisfy the next-day criteria, orders must clear our system before 3:00 PM on weekdays and before 11:00 AM on Saturdays.
  • Orders completed after 11:00 AM on Saturday will move to our Monday shipping queue for guaranteed Tuesday delivery.
