We Want You to Love Every Cohiba You Order
At Cohiba Club, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great pride in delivering authentic, premium Cohiba cigars in perfect condition but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about our returns and refunds process, written in plain English.
Our Promise to You
Every Cohiba cigar we ship is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves us. We want your order to arrive exactly as expected fresh, authentic, and ready to enjoy.
When Can You Request a Refund or Return?
We happily accept returns and offer refunds in the following situations:
- Damaged on Arrival — Your order arrived damaged or the cigars were not properly protected during transit.
- Wrong Item Received — We sent you the wrong product or the wrong quantity.
- Authenticity Concern — You have a genuine concern about the authenticity of your product.
Please Note
Due to the nature of tobacco products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on cigars that have been:
- Opened, smoked, or handled beyond initial inspection
- Stored incorrectly after delivery
- Returned simply due to a change of mind
We kindly ask that you inspect your order carefully upon arrival before opening any sealed packaging.
How to Make a Claim
Getting in touch with us is easy. If you have an issue with your order, simply:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Email us at smoke@cohibaclub.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Include photos where possible this helps us resolve things quickly for you
- We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with a solution
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as it’s done.
Damaged in Transit?
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us straight away. We’ll take care of it no fuss, no stress.
