Our Products

At Cohiba Club, we exclusively sell authentic Cohiba cigars. Every product listed on our website is genuine and sourced through verified channels. We do not sell any other brand of cigar or tobacco product.

Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance. Packaging, band design, and presentation may occasionally vary due to limited editions or regional differences, but the quality and authenticity of every cigar remain unchanged.

Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance acceptance is confirmed when your order is dispatched.

Please ensure all details including your name, delivery address, and payment information are accurate before completing checkout. Cohiba Club cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided at the time of ordering.

Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable UK taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept payment via [list your accepted payment methods, e.g. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal]. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver Cohiba cigars across the UK and Europe. Full details of our delivery options, timeframes, and charges can be found on our Delivery Information page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined there.

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply upon receipt of their order. Cohiba Club cannot be held liable for these charges, nor can we falsify customs declarations or mark commercial orders as gifts.

Returns & Refunds

We want every order to reach you in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy page for full details on how we handle damaged, incorrect, or disputed orders.

Due to the nature of tobacco products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used cigars, or on items returned simply due to a change of mind.

We are proud of every Cohiba cigar we sell. If you ever have a genuine concern about the quality or authenticity of your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to put things right.

All content on the Cohiba Club website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Cohiba Club and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission. The Cohiba brand name and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Cohiba Club shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
